How to Pay Bills in GCash
- Open the GCash app and tap Pay Bills from the home screen.
- Browse the biller list or use the search bar to find your biller (e.g., Meralco, Maynilad, PLDT, Globe, Smart).
- Select your biller and enter the required details — usually your account number and the amount to pay.
- Review the details and confirm the payment using your MPIN.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS and an on-screen receipt immediately.

Using GCredit to Pay Bills
Fully Verified GCash users with a good GScore can use GCredit — GCash's built-in credit line — to pay bills even when their wallet balance is low. Tap Borrow > GCredit and use the credit to settle bills. Remember to repay on time to maintain your GScore and avoid fees.
GCash bills payment is generally available 24/7. Most billers post payments within the same business day, though some may take up to 3 business days.
Transaction Fees
A convenience fee may apply depending on the biller. The fee is displayed before you confirm the payment, so you always know the total cost before proceeding.
